A charming base for adventures

The Alpenblick Hotel boasts beautiful mountain views and a cute atmosphere, complemented by comfortable rooms. The proximity to public transport made exploring easy and enjoyable.

This detail could have been highlighted better, as carrying bags up the narrow stairs was not easy.

We were in a particularly good location right by LUZERN, Zermatt, St Moritz and Paris, the venerable Michelin-starred restaurant and the shared. Exceptionally kind staff, gave a lot of tourist information. The breakfast had a huge variety of food, including brilliant bread, coffee, and fruit.

Set nearby a railway station and some amenities. Enormous breakfast with a lot of fabulous food.

We encountered a room that felt outdated, lacking basic amenities like a kettle and a shower instead of a bath for those who struggle. The breakfast selection lacked variety, especially for dietary needs, quite disappointing.

The ambianc was funny, an old mountain hotel with good breakfast. The restaurant serves fine meals for a good ratio price-quality. We looked the Jungfrau from our room balcony.

Once our room was changed, the accommodations were improved.

The family room was located in a different building than the lodge. We were given two individual rooms (which was OK because we were older travelers) but would not work for a family with young children.The rooms also did not get warm no matter how high the radiator was turned on. The people that were given the rooms above our room and they were very loud. Once the staff was notified, they allowed us to change our rooms and located us in the lodge. These accommodations were much nicer and quieter.

The room is perfectly clean and airy with pleasant views of the mountains. The breakfast is fantastic and enormous, GREATly enjoyed bread, coffee and fruit.

It was easy to find, staff was courteous, no complaints would highly recommend this Hotel - Breakfast was wonderful, scenery fabulous and it was quiet. Could have been a little less expensive for the room we were given.

excellent base for walking and ski-ing. Hotel staff were very friendly and food was great.

We had a lovely stay here, mate! The dinner was top-notch, especially the lamb chops, and staff were friendly as pie. Bit of a hassle with our reservation, though. Still, I’d deffo recommend it for the tasty food!

The family is located at the 2nd floor. It is very inconvenient for us, a family with an infant and a 14-month-old.

Rooms are okay, but the breakfast is a good suprise! Also saw a children playroom in the hotel. Overall, we are satisfied and wuold stay here again in the next visit.
