The absence of an elevator posed challenges for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. This detail could have been highlighted better, as carrying bags up the narrow stairs was not easy.

My family faced challenges due to the lack of an elevator, which was especially hard on the seniors in our group. We encountered a room that felt outdated, lacking basic amenities like a kettle and a shower instead of a bath for those who struggle. the breakfast selection lacked variety, especially for dietary needs, which was quite disappointing.

I had a fantastic time staying here as it was just a short 500-meter walk to the beautiful Hohematte Park and close to fascinating spots like Unspunnen Castle, which made my weekend city explorations all the more enjoyable. the staff was also incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience memorable!

We had a lovely stay here, mate! The dinner was top-notch, especially the lamb chops, and staff were friendly as pie. Bit of a hassle with our reservation, though. Still, I’d deffo recommend it for the tasty food!

the alpenblick was a great base for exploring the region. i loved the excellent breakfast and how friendly the restaurant staff were. the local travel cards were super handy too, making it easy to visit interlaken and the stunning jungfraujoch.

Wilderswil vibes 🌄

Lekker brekkie spread with a variety of breads and cheeses that kicks off the day just right! The room was super comfy with a flipping comfy bed, and hot showers are always a bonus after a day out. Nice and close to the train station for easy travel.

Only downside was a bit of noise from the wooden floors—it can be a bit of a jol when folks are moving about after hours.

The hotel is surrounded by stunning views, and my room had a cozy vibe. The bus stop is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area.

The Alpenchic Room was really comfy and had a nice homely vibe. I loved how spacious it was. The view of the mountains was incredible! There was plenty of storage for our clothes, which isn’t common everywhere. It was super clean too! it was a bit noisy when folks were moving around, and I wished there were better soundproofing.
